1. Introduction

Welcome to CleanPay Mobile. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CleanPay Mobile application (the "App") and services provided by PAC Industries ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

CleanPay Mobile provides a payment and machine activation interface for laundry equipment at participating locations. The App allows users to add funds to a digital wallet, view machine availability, and start laundry cycles.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1. Loading Funds

Users may load funds into their CleanPay Mobile account using credit or debit cards. Balances held in the App are non-transferable and do not accrue interest.

4.2. Chargebacks and Dispute Fees

By using this service, you agree to the following regarding credit or debit card chargebacks:

In the event that you initiate a chargeback or dispute for a transaction that was validly authorized, you agree to pay a fee equal to the original disputed transaction amount plus a penalty fee of $25.00 per disputed transaction. This fee compensates PAC Industries for the administrative costs and processing fees associated with resolving the dispute. We reserve the right to suspend your account until all outstanding fees are paid.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refund Requests

We strive to ensure all machines operate correctly. However, in the event of a machine failure or error, you may be eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted directly through the support feature specifically located within the CleanPay Mobile app. 

5.2. Processing

Refunds are processed at the discretion of PAC Industries and are typically credited back to your CleanPay Mobile wallet balance or original payment method, depending on the circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Damage to Goods

PAC Industries is not responsible or liable for any loss of or damage to clothing, linens, or other goods laundered in the machinery. This includes, but is not limited to, shrinkage, discoloration, tearing, or theft of items left unattended. Users operate the machinery at their own risk and are responsible for reading all machine instructions and garment care labels prior to use.

6.2. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We are not liable for any downtime, technical glitches, or inability to access funds due to network failures or maintenance.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App's security.

  • Use the App to manipulate machine operations without payment.

8. Termination

PAC Industries reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or by sending a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
